We've had Colleen & Jacinta staying with us. The kids were getting a bit house-bound on Saturday morning, so we decided to head off up the paddock for a good ol' fire which everyone enjoys. The damper (scones - had a reasonable amount of butter in them), filled with jam after they were cooked were very yummy.
And a BIG welcome to our new addition... Penny. As you can see in the pics, Pippa is over the moon with her latest pet. This is for Agricultural day which is held at school on 8 October. It's a bit like having another baby in the house... 6 feeds a day, 3 hourly!

A marshmallow roast is always a hit with kids! The lamb will be a great pet for Pippa. Her smile says it all!
Yum! We are going to have to try damper, with all the fires we have in this cold climate its fun to have something new to cook! And how SWeeT that lamb is!! Pippa must be over the moon!! So exciting!
